Billing

Manage your ZenSearch subscription, view usage, and handle payments.

Overview

The Billing page allows you to:

  • View current subscription tier
  • Monitor usage metrics
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Manage payment methods

Accessing Billing

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select the Billing tab

Billing management requires Owner role.

Changing Plans

Upgrade

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select new tier
  3. Review pricing
  4. Confirm upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrade

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select lower tier
  3. Review limitations
  4. Confirm downgrade

Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.

Payment

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers (Enterprise)
  • Invoicing (Enterprise)

Managing Payment

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Opens payment portal
  3. Update card details
  4. View invoices

Invoices

Download invoices:

  1. Click Billing History
  2. Select invoice
  3. Download PDF
